Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your space. If you aren't satisfied, we accept returns on unopened, resalable rolls within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened rolls back in their original shipping tube to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
